Our Missions

​

Quilters- A group of dedicated volunteers with their time, skillset, and hearts work on quilts (graduating high school seniors, residents in care facilities, etc.) and blankets (baptisms and other occasions) throughout the year as an expression of support, care, and love.  If you’d like to know more about this group, please call us at church office 320-269-9053 or office@umcmontevideomn.net.  This group has typically met on some Wednesday Mornings throughout the year. 

 

Giving of Time/Resources-We offer times/commitment opportunities throughout the year to receive/give hands-on missions to our local area and beyond…(These are currently limited due to COVID-19 safety precautions but do let us know your interest in these areas.)

Second Harvest Food Distribution (3rd Thursday of each month Volunteers) Community Meals at Montevideo Community Center

Bring It Home School Backpacking Times Other Connections that are As-Scheduled (Solar Oven Assembly/Distribution of Items to Care Facilities/Wednesday Night Suppers/Etc.)
